Client was in motorcycle accident which resulted in second degree burns on his back and a fracture of his left wrist. He eventually recovered sufficiently such that he was able to engage in most of his pre-injury activities, including riding his motorcycle. Workers’ Compensation

Client was working as a nurse when she injured her back while attempting to lift a patient. After exhausting her temporary total disability benefits, a lump sum settlement  agreement was reached with the insurance company during litigation of her claim for permanent total disability benefits in the amount of $350,000.

45 year old machine operator injured his back initially from heavy lifting and again when struck by a forklift. Client had been a delivery driver for the same employer for thirty-four years when he injured his back lifting at work.
